Australian-headquartered Business Process Management (BPM) software vendor Pulse Software makes a series of senior appointments reflecting the company’s growth trajectory.
The series of appointments follow the recent transition of co-founder Thomas Rajanayagam to the role of Chief Executive Officer.
“I am thrilled about the new appointments. Having Catherine, Lucy and Nicolas on board reflects our immediate focus on our expansion into new sectors and geographies.”
The new appointments bring strong marketing and sales expertise to support Pulse's growth goals for the coming year
Pulse Software has grown an impressive footprint in local government overtime with 20% of Australian councils now using the Pulse platform for strategic planning, project management, talent management and governance.
Beyond local government, more organisations are experiencing workforce management challenges and regulatory pressures. Business Process Management technology solutions like Pulse's can automate previously manual processes, improve organisation-wide tracking of activities, and simplify reporting.
“We are seeing an increased digitisation of workforce processes in the education, construction, and not for profit sectors. They are looking for efficiencies and productivity improvement to centrally manage staff accreditation, learning and development, and at the same time meet their compliance requirements,” says CEO Thomas Rajanayagam.
